Our Story

E.A.E GOSPEL TEAM

On 8th August 1987, the E.A.E convened a meeting of the Managing Committee. The members evaluated the importance & provisions of Gospel Projects in the community. Hence, the members suggested the formation of a committee for Gospel Works. Based on this decision, on 18th May 1988, the election was held. As a result, the Committee Members elected Very Rev. T. C Alexander Cor-Episcopo as President and Shri. M. T. Kuriachan Muthat as Secretary. Subsequently, the first committee meeting held on 16th June 1988 proposed future programs.

In 1992, Shri. Jacob Markose(now H.G Mor Chrysostomos Markose Metropolitan) invited missionaries and evangelists to form a gospel team under the E.A.E Gospel Working Committee. Evangelism and Charity are the two prime missions of the team.
Since then, The team has expanded and has completed various programs. The committee elects new conveners every year. The activities of the Gospel Team soon influenced youths and women in society.
